❤️ Why Connection Matters
Every couple experiences conflict. But when ADHD is part of the relationship, misunderstandings, emotional reactivity, and repeated patterns can make it difficult to feel heard, understood, and connected.
The good news is that lasting change doesn't come from avoiding conflict—it comes from learning new ways to navigate it together.
This group offers a safe, confidential space where you and your partner can slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier patterns of communication, understanding, and connection. Alongside other couples on similar journeys, you'll discover that even your most challenging moments can become opportunities for growth.
