LGBTQ+/Kink/CNM focused support group

We are now offering a support group focused on the specific needs of the non-ADHD partners in LGBTQIA+ and Consensual Non-Monogamy relationships. These relationships often have unique challenges that arise due to the convergence of societal pressures to conform as well as ADHD symptoms. This group will prioritize relationships that fall outside of the heterosexual and monogamous norms commonly found in mainstream society.

Benefits of this group include:
~ Being able to talk about your partner(s) without people assuming their gender identity or pronouns
~ Discussing challenges around ADHD impulsivity and upholding sexual agreements
~ Safety to talk about how ADHD impacts BDSM/Kink play

Please self-select to allow people who need this group to participate in it. We ask that all participants be respectful of others' identities and choices. People who do not abide by common courtesy will be asked to leave for the remainder of the session. If they are asked to leave a second time, they will be removed from the group and not given a refund.

Amy is a therapist who helps couples—including LGBTQ+ couples—understand the unique ways ADHD can shape their relationship while breaking free from unhelpful patterns that keep them feeling disconnected. Drawing on her expertise in attachment and connection, Amy creates a warm, affirming, and supportive space where couples can strengthen their emotional bond, improve communication, and rediscover the closeness that brought them together. She believes every relationship has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive with the right support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many people are in each support group?

    We keep our groups small to encourage meaningful discussion and personal connection. Non-ADHD Partner and ADHD Partner support groups are limited to 10 participants, and Couples' Support Groups are limited to 5 couples.

  • I live outside the US, could I still join the support group?

    Yes, absolutely. 

  • What if the support group I want is full?

    Yes! If the group is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens up, we'll reach out to people on the waitlist in the order they joined.

  • What's the refund policy?

    Our refund policy for support group is 100% refund 7 days before the group start date. 

    50% refund within less than 7 days before the group start date. 

    No refunds will be issued after 1st session has begun.

  • How often do you offer support groups?

    We offer supports groups Three times a year. They typically starts Jan, Mar/Apr, and Aug/Sept.
