🫶 Why Support Matters
Being the non-ADHD partner in an ADHD-impacted relationship can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly challenging. While much of the focus is often placed on supporting the partner with ADHD, it's easy for your own needs to take a back seat.
You deserve a space that's just for you.
Our support group offers a safe, confidential environment where you can connect with others who truly understand your experience. Together, you'll find encouragement, validation, and the comfort of knowing you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
