Good intentions don’t always become action.
One partner feels criticized. The other feels unheard.
Small issues quickly become big conflicts.

What Participants Say
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
-
Can I participate if my partner doesn’t want to?
Yes. The Seminar is designed for both couples and individual partners. You can gain valuable insight into your relationship dynamics and learn strategies you can begin using even if your partner does not participate.
-
Does my partner or I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required. The Seminar is appropriate for relationships where ADHD is diagnosed or suspected and may be affecting the relationship.
-
Do I need to read The ADHD Effect on Marriage before taking the Seminar?
No. You don’t need to read the book before participating in the Seminar. The Seminar stands on its own, although reading the book can be a helpful companion and provide additional context.
-
What’s the difference between the book and the Seminar?
The Seminar is a companion to The ADHD Effect on Marriage, not simply a presentation of the book. It brings the concepts to life with practical strategies, examples, and guidance you can apply to your own relationship. It also includes updated information and insights that reflect what we’ve learned since the book was published.
-
What’s the difference between the Live Seminar and Self-Study?
The Live Seminar gives you the full scheduled Seminar experience, including live sessions and Q&A.
Self-Study gives you recordings of the Live Seminar so you can watch on your own schedule. It does not include the live Q&A, but you can add 3 months of Office Hours access for an additional fee if you’d like opportunities to ask questions and get additional support.
-
Which option—Live or Self-Study—is right for me?
Choose Live if you value a scheduled experience and the opportunity to participate in live Q&A.
Choose Self-Study if you prefer to start right away and watch the Seminar on your own schedule. If you’d like additional support, you can add 3 months of Office Hours access for an additional fee.
-
How long will I have access to the Seminar?
Live Seminar: You’ll have access to the Seminar and recordings for 4 months.
Self-Study: You’ll have access to the Seminar for 1 year, giving you plenty of time to work through the recordings at your own pace.
-
What if I miss a Live session?
No problem. Recordings of each Live session are uploaded within 24 hours, so you can catch up if you miss a session or revisit the material afterward.
-
Is this Seminar therapy or couples counseling?
No. The Seminar is an educational program designed to help you better understand ADHD-related relationship dynamics and learn practical strategies you can try in your own relationship. It is not a substitute for individualized therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical care.
-
What is the refund policy?
Live Seminar: 100% refunds for the live seminar up to the third session of the seminar.
Self-Study Seminar: Refunds are not offered for the self-study seminar.
