  • Small Groups- A limited number of participants (max. 10) gives everyone an opportunity to participate and connect.

  • Facilitated Conversations - An experienced facilitator guides each session while allowing plenty of room for participants to share and support one another.

  • Live Online - Meet conveniently via virtual meetings with other non-ADHD partners from different locations.

  • A Confidential Space - Connect in an environment built around respect, privacy, and trust, so participants can feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

Explore Our Specialty Support Groups

We're expanding our support group offerings to create more opportunities for connection and shared understanding in our next season of support group.

In addition to our general Non-ADHD Partner Support Groups, we're introducing specialty groups designed for people navigating similar experiences and challenges.

Explore our new groups below to find the community that best fits your needs.

Non-ADHD Partners with Kids

This group is for non-ADHD partners navigating the added complexities of raising children with a partner who has ADHD. Parenting disagreements, forgotten agreements, inconsistent follow-through, and unequal responsibilities can create tension in your relationship. Connect with others who understand these challenges while exploring how to work more effectively with your partner, make parenting decisions together, ensure your children get the support they need, and avoid falling into a parent-child dynamic within your relationship.

Men's Only Support Group

This group is for men who are the non-ADHD partner in a relationship impacted by ADHD and prefer connecting with other men who share similar experiences. Recognizing that men may experience and navigate relationship challenges differently, this group provides a supportive space to openly share perspectives, discuss struggles, and learn from one another. Connect with men who understand your experiences while exploring ways to improve communication, navigate relationship dynamics, and strengthen your partnership.

LGBTQ+

This group is for LGBTQ+ non-ADHD partners who prefer connecting with others navigating ADHD-impacted relationships within the LGBTQ+ community. Recognizing that LGBTQ+ partners may experience unique relationship dynamics and challenges, this group provides an inclusive, supportive space to openly share experiences and perspectives. Connect with others who understand your experiences while exploring ways to improve communication, navigate relationship challenges, establish healthier boundaries, and strengthen your partnership.
